The next meeting will be on August 29 2026 at the annual picnic. There will be an election of officers at this meeting. The meeting will be called to order at 1:00 pm. 
The annual Hunter Education Rendezvous will be held on August 29th, 2026 at the Jackson Mills 4-H camp.
In case you didn't make it to the Hunter Education Picnic in 2025 here are the state instructors for each district and state instructor of the year. 
District One: William Six   District Two: David Pyles    District Three: Rocky Hebb     District Four: David Evans and Cynthia McClung
District Five: Glen Jones    District Six Bob Leasure  State Instructor of the year was David Pyles.
